9N7AA: LOW BAND ACTIVITY ---> "After the unsuccessful attempt  at the begin-
ning of January,  I have now focused  on a  different  geographical area  to
bring the low bands on the air",  Robert, 9N7AA posted to his  qrz.com page.
On 30 January he  "travelled down to the  Terai region  close to Chitwan Na-
tional Park and set up 30 and 40m antenna in a  less densely populated area,
within the premises of a local lodge, staying only for a single night.
The new location is  not completely noise-free,  but a huge improvement com-
pared to what I face at my home or on any of the previously explored QTHs. I
was able to see/hear several FT8 signal from EU on 160m listening on the 30/
40m antenna.  I will be back  around 18-23 February  with antennas  covering
160-30m.  This new QTH  is 6-7 hour drive from home.  Everything,  up to the
last nut & bolt must be carried along,  and complete station installed  from
scratch. Electricity is there and is rather stable. Stay tuned!"

in  as many  of  the  48 contiguous states  and provinces  as possible  (see

QSL VIA W3HNK ---> Jack J. Ference, W3KX, ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL
Manager,  reports that Joe, W3HNK  is no longer accepting or processing QSL
requests received via the bureau. "Jack  is  requesting  that  DX stations  listing  'QSL via W3HNK'  on their QRZ.com page to remove it and begin looking for another QSL manager. DX stations who are interested  in receiving their QSLs which have not been
forwarded to W3HNK  should contact  w3kx[@]arrl.net  to make arrangements to
receive them or provide permission to discard them. A list of the DX station
QSLs being stored is available on request". [TNX The Daily DX]

YOTA CONTEST 2025 ---> Organized by the IARU R1 Youth Working Group  in  co-
operation with the Hungarian Amateur Radio Society (MRASZ),  the aim of the
YOTA Contest is  to increase youngsters activity on the air,  strengthen the
reputation of the  YOTA programme, and  demonstrate  support  for youngsters
across the world.  The three sessions  of this year's  YOTA Contest  will be
