Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η ανώτατη ισχύς ραδιοερασιτεχνικού σταθμού βάσει της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας είναι για μεν την Κατηγορία 1 (SV) από 1.8 - 29.7 MHz 500 W από 50 MHz - 440 MHz 100 W και πάνω από τους 1,240 MHz 50 W, για δε την Κατηγορία Εισαγωγικού Επιπέδου (SY) στις περιοχές 7-14-21-28 - 144 MHz - 430 MHz 10 W (σ' όλες τις περιπτώσεις αναφερόμαστε σε  ισχύ εξόδου κορυφής πριν την κεραία). Η κατηγορία SY δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιεί κεραίες με απολαβή (Yagi, Quad, Spider beam κλπ).

Όλοι οι επαναλήπτες VHF της Ε.Ε.Ρ. είναι με διαμόρφωση narrow. Φροντίστε να χρησιμοποιείτε το ίδιο εύρος διαμόρφωσης, διαφορετικά να μιλάτε χαμηλότερα στο μικρόφωνο για να σας "περνάει" ο επαναλήπτης. Η διαυλοποίηση στα 2 μέτρα είναι υποχρεωτικά 12.5 KHz και όχι 25 KHz.

Στα 6 μέτρα η συχνότητα 50.110 είναι για μικρές κλήσεις και αναγγελία QSY σε άλλη συχνότητα.

Tentatively, the first island activity of the Arctic’s Legend IOTA DXpedition (from AS-068) could take place around the dates February 16-18, 2017. The expedition begins on February 14, 2017.
June 5, 2016 - Team, RT9K, are now underway with planning their next major IOTA DXpedition scheduled for February-March 2017. Depending on weather and ice conditions they hope to be active from the following islands:

Pedro EA5GL informs DX-World readers about upcoming EP2C activity.
“We will try to start before midday on 8th Feb and end late evening of 10th Feb. We have 2 transceivers, one for phone and one for CW. We have a dipole for 40m. Another dipole for 15m and a 2 element yagi for 20m . (All home made). We are on 20m and 40 meter normally but we will try also 15m from 1200 to 1500. I will be online on twitter (@ep2lma) and let everybody know about the bands and frequency.
We are the only radio club in Iran and we really need the help and donation of small clubs and big places and DX foundations or anywhere else who want to help. With your help we can be on the air everyday and every weekend and we know many ham operators need to have QSO with Iran and we can make it for them.
