6Y - Hiro-san, JH6GFY, will be active as K3QJ/6Y from Jamaica (NA-097) on 18-24 March 2026. He will be QRV on 20-10 metres, hopefully also on 40 m. QSL via operator's instructions.


9J - Robert, DM7XX, will be active as 9J2RO from near Lusaka, Zambia on 16-30 March 2026. Activity will be on various HF bands, and will include participation in CQ WW WPX SSB Contest. QSL via Club Log's OQRS.


C6 - Paul, WA4PAW, is active again as C6APS from Great Abaco (NA-080), Bahamas until 12 April 2026. He operates FT8, CW and SSB on 20-10 m. QSL via LoTW and Club Log's OQRS, or via home call.


C6 - Brian, AD8FD, will be active as C6AFD from Eleuthera Island (NA-001), Bahamas on 24-31 March 2026. He will operate SSB and FT8 on 40-10 metres, and will participate in the CQ WW WPX SSB Contest. QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW, Club Log and QRZ; paper QSL cards will not be provided.


CY0 - The CY0S DXpedition to Sable Island [425DXN 1794] is confirmed to take place on 19-31 March 2026, with the flights to the island scheduled for 18 March. Eight operators (K0IR, K4ZLE, K9NW, N2IEN, NE9U, W0GJ, WA4DAN and WW2DX) will be QRV with up to six stations on 160-10 metres CW, SSB, FT8 and RTTY, plus 6 metres FT8 and 23 cm EME. DL - A group of approximately 20 operators will be active as DA0HEL from Helgoland Island (EU-127) from 23 March to 3 April 2026, with occasional activity as DL0IH from nearby Helgoland Duene. They will operate CW, SSB and digital modes on 160-10 metres. QSLs via the bureau or direct.


EA - The Union de Radioaficionados de Vigo-Val Minor will hold a "Titanic Memorial" to pay a tribute to the radiomen who served during the ship's ill-fated maiden voyage. Look for EG1912T to be active on all bands and modes, with a special emphasis on telegraphy, from 10 April 2026 (the day the 'Titanic' set sail from Southampton) until 15 April 2026 (the day she sank off the coast of Newfoundland). All QSOs will be confirmed via the bureau, eQSL and LoTW; CW QSOs will be confirmed by a special QSL card.
FM - Miguel, EA1BP, will be active holiday style as FM/EA1BP from Martinique (NA-107) from 25 March to 2 April 2026. He will participate in the CQ WW WPX SSB Contest as TO7O. QSL via LoTW, Club Log, or via home call. [TNX NG3K]
GU - Ron, G4DIY, and Jay, M0UNN, will be active as MP7DX from Guernsey (EU-114) on 13-17 March 2026. They will operate CW and SSB on 40-10 metres. QSL direct to G4DIY; QSOs will be uploaded to Club Log, LoTW and QRZ Logbook.
JD1/O - Takeshi, JA1UII, will be active again as JD1BON from Chichijima (AS-031), Ogasawara on 19-22 March 2026. Being a family trip, he plans to be QRV only around 11-15 UTC. QSL via LoTW (preferred), or direct to home call.
PA - Dutch special callsigns PA26WAAD, PB26WAAD, PC26WAAD, PD26WAAD, PE26WAAD, PG26WAAD and PH26WAAD will be in use between 20 March and 5 April 2026 for the World Autism Awareness Day. QSLs via NL10743, LoTW

V4 - Randy, K5ZD, will be active as V4/K5ZD from St. Kitts (NA-104) from 22 March to 1 April 2026. He will operate CW and SSB on 80-10 metres. QSL via LoTW. During the CQ WW WPX SSB Contest he will be signing V47T (QSL via W2RQ). [TNX NG3K]
VU - Led by Sarath, VU2RS, team AU2M will be active from Arnala Island (AS-169) on 1-3 May. They plan to operate CW, SSB and FT8 (F/H) on 80-10 metres with three stations. BOUVET 2026 ---> "We're currently focusing on getting all persons off island this weekend", the 3Y0K team posted to Facebook on 13 March. "There is a forecasted WX window Saturday and Sunday, and if that holds, we will be off air. The wind is still quite strong, around 40 knots, but is expected to decrease. If weather does not permit full extraction, we will remain on air for some more days, as next window maybe Tuesday (uncertain)".

CASS AWARDS ---> The Cass Awards honour the wisdom and spirit of Cass WA6AUD (SK), and encourage DXpeditions to maximize the number of DXers worked with a Plaque for the single-operator DXpedition that works the most unique callsigns within 2 weeks or less, and a Plaque for the "unlimited" DXpedition that works the most unique callsigns within 4 weeks or less, with no limit on the number of operators of the activity.
* Rikk Lewis, WE9G has won the 2025 Single-Operator Cass Award by working 11,296 unique callsigns during his V6WG operation from Micronesia.
* The 9U1RU team (Vasily Pinchuk R7AL, Slav Rodin OK8AU, Leo Berezhnoy RW9JZ, Hal Turley W8HC, Wlodek Herej SP6EQZ, Mike Alekseev RU3UR, Vic Filimonov UA3QLC, Ark Voloshin UA4CC, Nick Tolkunov R5EC, and Andrei Soldatkin RA4DX) has won the 2025 Unlimited Cass Award by working 41,361 unique callsigns (a new record!) from Burundi. Sponsored by Club Log, the Northern California DX Club and DXLab, the Cass Awards are presented annually and issued in March for DXpeditions during the preceding year. THE HERITAGE CQ AMATEUR RADIO HALL OF FAME ---> The CQ Amateur Radio Hall of Fame was established in January 2001 to recognize those individuals, whether
licensed radio amateurs or not, who significantly affected the course of amateur radio; and radio amateurs who, in the course of their professional lives, had a significant impact on their professions or on world affairs. Following the discontinuation of CQ Magazine, the Heritage CQ Amateur Radio Hall of Fame continues its mission under the stewardship of Hamgallery. Starting in 2025, physical plaques are presented to living inductees, and annual inductions are limited to three individuals, all of whom must hold an amateur radio license.
The 2026 inductees are: Prof. David B. Leeson, PhD, W6NL (ex W6QHS); Richard Dean Straw, N6BV (SK); and Dr. Jose "Otis" Vicens, NP4G. Their profiles can
