SV5 - Η Ομάδα J45E θα είναι ενεργή (active) από το Νησί της Κω (EU-001), στα Δωδεκάνησα, από 24-29 Ιουλίου 2025, με συμμετοχή στο IOTA Contest. Εκτός του Contest αναζητήστε δραστηριότητα στα 80-10 μέτρα, σε CW, SSB και digital modes. QSL via Club Log's OQRS, LoTW, or via IZ7ATN (direct or bureau).

 

8Q - Ο Maxim, OH7O, θα είναι ενεργός (active) ως 8Q7YY από τις Maldives (AS-013), ΝΔ της Ινδίας, από 17-25 Ιουλίου 2025.  Θα εκπέμπει σε SSB  (και σε FT8 "πού και πού") στα 40, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10 και 6 metres.  QSL via LoTW.  "Δεν έχει σχεδιάσει να στείλει QSL κάρτες, αλλά αν υπάρξει έντονο ενδιαφέρον, θα το συζητήσω μ' έναν QSL manager".

 

9M6 - Η Ομάδα 9M8A (12 χειριστές) θα είναι ενεργή (active) από το Satang Besar Island (OC-165), στην Ανατολική Μαλαισία (East Malaysia), από 26 Ιουλίου έως 10 Αυγούστου 2025, με συμμετοχή στο IOTA Contest. CE - Team 3G1P (Cezar, VE3LYC, Felipe, XQ7IR, and Johan, PA3EXX) is in the final stages of preparations for the DXpedition to Islotes Pajaros (SA-100, new one for IOTA), which is scheduled to depart in one month's time [425DXN 1777]. If everything goes to plan, they should be on air by mid-afternoon (local time) on 18 August 2025, and shut down before sunrise on 23 August 2025. A detailed day-by-day time schedule and lots more information can be found on the DXpedition's website: https://3g1psa-100.weebly.com. This is a very challenging project and donations to help cover some of their costs are gratefully accepted. Depending on the space available on the rock, the team will operate two or three stations, as much as possible around the clock, on 40-10 metres. They will prioritize CW and SSB, but they will also be active on FT8 (F/H). QSL via Club Log's OQRS (direct or bureau), or direct to VE3LYC.
CT7 - Special event station CR5Q will be active on 14-20 July 2025 for the 43rd International Motorcycle Rally in Faro, Portugal. Expect activity on 80-6 metres SSB, CW and digital modes. QSL via CT1EHX.
DL - Members of the local chapters in the Ruhr District of the DARC will be active as DL25WUG on 16-27 July 2025 during the FISU Summer World University Games. All QSOs will be confirmed via the bureau; QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW, Club log, QRZ Logbook and DCL.
F - Jo, F8GDP, will be active holiday style as F8GDP/p from Oleron Island (EU-032) from 20 July to 1 August 2025. He will operate CW and "perhaps some FT8 from time to time" on 60, 40 and 30 metres. QSL via home call.
HR - Team HQ9HC (namely W5BAK, W5HV, WA5LEE, WB5HJV and WP4VW) will be active from Roatan Island (NA-057) on 14-20 July 2025. Activity will be "all bands, all modes". See  https://www.qrz.com/db/HQ9HC for the QSL route.
I - Announced participants in the IOTA Contest (26-27 July 2025) from Italian islands include:

* Alessandro, IU3EDK, and  Carlo, IZ1KGY, as IR5C from Capraia (EU-028). They will operate SSB. QSL via IU3EDK, direct or bureau.
* Enzo, IK7IMO as IB7V from San Pietro (EU-073). He will operate
SSB. QSL via home call, direct or bureau.
* Team IP1X (namely IK1QBT, IK1YDB, IK2QEI, IK2SPR, IU1JCZ and
IU1LCU) from Gallinara (EU-083). They will operate SSB and CW.
QSL via Club Log's OQRS, or via IU1JCZ (direct or bureau).
* Team II3Y (namely IV3CGJ, IV3GDE, IV3GLK, IV3HWT, IV3KQM, IV3OSC,
IV3TRK and IV3VPR) from Santa Maria di Barbana (EU-130). They
will operate SSB and CW. QSL via M0OXO's OQRS.
OX - Bo, OZ1DJJ, will be active again as OX3LX from  Nuuk, Greenland (NA-018) between 14 and 29 July. One or two day trips to IOTA group NA-220 are possible. As always, this will be a working trip, and he will be QRV only in his spare time. QSL via OZ0J, Club Log's OQRS and LoTW.
PJ2 - This year the Dave Kalter Youth DX Adventure will see a team of four teenagers (namely AD8FQ, AD8IR, KJ5CMP, and KJ5JR) be active again as PJ2Y from Curacao (SA-099) on 17-22 July 2025. More information on https://youthdxa.org.

TF - Michael, VE2XB, will be active as TF/VE2XB from Olafsvik, Iceland (EU-021) between 11 and 25 July 2025. He will operate CW and SSB on 80-10 metres. QSL via home call.
V4 - Pete, G0TLE, will be active as V47EM from St. Kitts (NA-104) from 19 July to 3 August 2025. He will operate CW and SSB on 80-10 metres, including an entry in the IOTA Contest. QSL via LoTW, Club Log's OQRS, or direct to home call. [TNX The Daily DX]
VE - Members of the Salt Spring Island Amateur Radio Society will be active as VE7RAS from Salt Spring Island (NA-075) during their annual social event on 19-20 July 2025. Activity will be on 40-10 metres SSB. All QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW and Club Log; paper QSL cards will not be provided. [TNX DX World]
ZD8 - Larry, KI6LT, will be active as KI6LT/ZD8 from Ascension Island (AF-003) between 15 and 21 July. In his spare time he will operate SSB on 40-10 metres.

IARU HF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ---> The object of the contest is to contact other amateurs around the world - especially member-society HQ stations and IARU officials - in as many ITU zones as possible on 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10m CW and SSB. This year's event will run from 12 UTC on 12 July until 1159 UTC on 13 July (see https://contests.arrl.org/iaruhf/). The following is a

YOTA CONTEST 2025 ---> The second session of this year's YOTA Contest, organized by the IARU R1 Youth Working Group in cooperation with the  Hungarian Amateur Radio Society (MRASZ), will take place on 19 July 2025 (10:00-22:00 UTC) on the five classic bands CW and SSB.  Everyone can work everyone.
